TIA Infrastructure is not currently recruiting.

TIA Infrastructure Limited is a newly established UK company operating with a deliberately small team while the qualifications and registrations required for future growth are obtained.

This position is expected to change. As NICEIC registration, MCS certification, and technology partner relationships are confirmed, TIA Infrastructure anticipates requiring additional personnel, including installation engineers across CCTV, access control and monitoring systems; a qualified electrician following completion of NICEIC registration; and project support as consultancy activity increases.

Selection Criteria

TIA Infrastructure will seek to appoint individuals who can demonstrate genuine competence, consistent with the standard the company applies to its own published claims; who are willing to acknowledge the limits of their knowledge, consistent with the company’s approach to service scope; and who value the maintenance of long-term client relationships over the completion of individual transactions.

Work Experience and Placements

TIA Infrastructure may, in principle, offer work experience placements to students pursuing qualifications in electrical engineering, building services or project management, once UK operations are sufficiently established to support such placements effectively. Interested candidates are invited to register in the same manner and will be contacted when a suitable opportunity arises.
