How We Work
TIA Infrastructure operates across three integrated delivery modes. Clients may engage any one, or a combination, according to their requirements.
Consultancy
Independent technical advisory services, including NEC4 contract administration, CDM Principal Designer support, BIM design, energy management advisory, and monitoring strategy. TIA Infrastructure does not supply equipment or materials; all advice is provided independently of any product interest. Engagements are available at a day rate from GBP 450, or on a fixed-fee basis.
Design & Implementation
Survey, specification, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning and handover of security and CCTV systems, environmental monitoring, and battery monitoring. Delivered on a fixed-price basis per project.
Maintenance & Support
Annual planned maintenance and support contracts, with a written report provided following each visit, offering predictable costs and continuity of service.
Rationale
Most clients initially require only one of these three modes. The benefit of this structure typically becomes apparent over time: the team responsible for designing a system also installs it, and the team that installs a system subsequently maintains it. This continuity avoids handover gaps and unclear ownership of responsibility, and provides a single point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
